Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our UV DTF and DTF transfer products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and work toward a solution.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or insufficient shipping address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost again to have the package reshipped.
