To provide you with the best shopping experience, please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

Order Cancellations & Restock Fee
Changed your mind? No worries! If you need to cancel an order, please be aware that an 8% restock fee will apply.

Damages & Issues
Your satisfaction is our top priority! When your order arrives, please inspect it right away. If you notice any defects, damages, incorrect items, or missing pieces, reach out to us within 72 hours, and we’ll make things right.

Incorrect or Insufficient Address
Uh-oh! If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will need to cover the shipping cost to have it resent. To avoid any delays, please triple-check your address before placing your order!

Trademark Responsibility
We want to remind our amazing customers that you are responsible for ensuring compliance with trademark and copyright laws when using our designs. Any risks associated with public postings are on you, and ECHO PRINTING is not liable for any legal matters that may arise.

Shipping Information
The shipping time you select at checkout applies only to the shipping speed, not our processing time. Regardless of the shipping method you choose, our turnaround time remains the same.

Returns to Sender
If your package is returned to us by the shipping carrier, we will issue a refund for the item(s) only—shipping fees are non-refundable.

For international orders, any duties or taxes charged by the courier company are the responsibility of the customer.
